Art∗VR - Festival of Virtual Reality and Immersive Art
Art∗VR is the first festival in Central and Eastern Europe fully dedicated to immersive art including virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and other immersive audiovisual formats.
The 3rd edition of Art∗VR will take place at the Centre of Contemporary Art DOX (Prague, Czech Republic) from the 21th of October until the 23th of November 2025.
The festival committee will select 20-25 projects in competitive and out of competition categories. In the competitive section, the following prizes will be awarded: Art∗VR Grand Jury Award, Best Interactive Design Award, Best Storytelling Award, and Audience Award.

Submission regulations:
- Submitted projects must be produced in 2024 or 2025. Older projects will not be accepted.
- Submitted projects can be standalone XR experiences or XR installations. Festival accepts VR, AR and MR projects. Projects compatible with Meta Quest Devices (1/2/Pro) are preferred. Either standalone or as connected to PC.
- If the project needs special technological addons or tools, the submitter must provide the festival with proper description and ideally with screengrab/video of the experience showing these other elements of the project.
- Information about selection results will be announced to submitters in September 2025.
